Shipping Time:

  • Our goal is to have your order processed within 3-5 business days. Usually takes 3-5 business days for shipping. (International orders may take longer due to customs).
    We try to get orders shipped as quickly as possible while still upholding to our standard of quality and your expectations.
    Due to certain circumstances out of our control, occasionally shipping times may vary.

Delivered but not received:
• If you contacted your shipping provider and they were unable to find your package, please contact our customer support team so we can help you further.

Tracking:
• Once the order is processed and scanned you will receive an email with your tracking number.
• When the carrier receives your package and scans it the tracking info will be updated. (Please allow 24 hours)
• If you do not receive an email with tracking information please contact Customer Support directly.

Address Correction:
• If you need an address correction please contact Customer Support.
Order(s) was sent back to FrenzyGolf:
• Orders that are undeliverable will be sent back to us. If it is returned, we will contact you for an address update.

 

Returns Policy

Thank you for your purchase! We know you have many on-line choices and we are pleased you choose FrenzyGolf. We hope you are happy with your purchase. However, if you are not completely satisfied with any item purchased, for any reason, you may return it to us for an exchange only.

Please note: ANY purchase made between the start date of a giveaway and the end date of the same giveaway will not be eligible for returns as it will disrupt the entry counting process.

Returns

All returns must be postmarked within [xxx] days of the purchase date. All returned items must be in new and unused condition, with all original tags and labels attached.

Returns Process

To return and item, please email our customer service team at support@frenzygolf.com to obtain a Merchandise Return Authorization Number or MRAN. After receiving an MRAN, place the merchandise securely in its original packaging along with the desired size needed in exchange, and mail your return to the following address:

*Please note, customer will be responsible for all return shipping charges. We strongly suggest you use a trackable shipping method to mail your return.

 

REFUNDS

After receiving your return and inspecting the condition of the returned item(s), we will process your exchange. Please allow a minimum of (7) days from the receipt of your item(s) to process your exchange. We will notify you via email when your return has been processed.
